Refund policy

We offer a 15-day return policy on all orders and all products, including items bought on sale. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn and unused, in the same condition you received it, with its tags and original VERSORI packaging, plus proof of purchase.

How to start a return: email versorijewels@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll arrange pickup or send you instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or wrong, so we can make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund to the bank account or UPI ID you share with us. Your bank may take extra time to post the refund.
